Shea joined Academy Face & Body in January 2013 as a Client Co-ordinator, and brings with her 4 years experience working within a similar role at a Skin and Laser Clinic in Melbourne. She has a keen interest in aesthetic procedures and became a qualified ITEC Beauty Therapist in 2002.
Shea is always keen to expand her knowledge within the industry in keeping with technology and consumer trends. She enjoys assisting clients to feel as comfortable as possible during their visits and finds it extremely rewarding when clients realise the full potential of their skin through treatments and procedures at Academy.
Georgina has recently joined the Academy team as a Client Coordinator and helps run the Dermal Therapy and Injectables Clinics. Georgina brings with her 6 years of medical reception experience, 3 of which have been within the cosmetic industry. Georgina enjoys offering a high level of customer service to all patients and to help with a smooth running of the front desk.
Donna has been involved with Specialist Medical for the past 7 years – during this time she worked for Dermatologists and GP’s specialising in dermal and Laser treatments.
Donna spent 20 years in the Aviation industry setting up Flight Attendant Departments for 2 airlines , teaching and training in Customer Service.

Sonya joined Academy Face and Body in late 2007 as a Client Co-ordinator. She came to Academy Face and Body with 13 years of experience in the medical administration and secretarial field and has completed a BSA in Business Office Administration with the Australian Medical Association.
Sonya is also one of our qualified Phlebotomists and assists when required.
Sonya enjoys her diverse role and the team environment at Academy Face and Body.
Amy joined Academy Face and Body in 2014 and brought with her over 7 years’ experience in the medical industry, in both administration and medical secretary roles. Amy completed her Certificate III in Secretarial Studies at Edwards Business College in 1997.
Amy enjoys her role as Client Co-ordinator – she helps run Dr Oates’ surgical clinics – and finds it very rewarding, especially witnessing the excitement of clients when they see the transformations undergone at Academy Face and Body.
Having been a Senior Medical Secretary for many years, Bronwyn joined Academy Face and Body 8 years ago as part of the administration team in the role of Client Coordinator.
Bronwyn enjoys the field of cosmetic medicine and feels it offers an ongoing wonderful learning experience. She feels our clients are all special and thus looks after them very carefully.
